Pre-orders are available now via Arcade1UP. For the $599.99 asking price, the cabinet includes three Blitz titles: NFL Blitz, Blitz 99, and Blitz 2000. If you don’t have four people around to play, the cabinet is online-enabled for multiplayer! Additionally, the first 1,000 people who order a Blitz cabinet will receive a limited edition NFL Blitz Legends baseball cap.

To support the NFL’s current Player Health & Safety initiatives, a specific set of tackles and after-the-whistle hits were removed or edited in the remastered versions of NFL Blitz, NFL Blitz ‘99 and NFL Blitz 2000: Gold Edition while maintaining the level of excitement in the original games.
Our remastered version has over 84% of the different hits from the original Blitz, so do not worry, all of the fun chaos is still there.
Well, crap. Why censor a game because of the NFL’s current initiatives? The digital players aren’t getting injured in real life. Maybe this is some sort of legal red tape with all NFL licenses now. Either way, it’s a bit crappy to ask $600 for a censored game that is still available via other means.
