Hot Toys Unveils A Vicious Looking ‘Carnage’ Red ‘Venom’ Figure

Hot Toys

Hot Toys will be releasing a “Carnage Red” version of their Artist Mix Venom figure. Like other remixes along this line, it’s the exact figure cast in red plastic with glow-in-the-dark chemicals mixed in. The end result, admittedly, is way better than the original version.
Carnage himself tends to be more slender than Venom, at least in their classic forms. Something about this works, though. We came across this variant over at Figures.com.
We know this figure because he stands at 34cm tall and has two interchangeable heads. Unfortunately, the price point was not readily available, but we know that he’ll be shipping out around the first and second quarters of 2022.

It is mentioned that this Venom will only be available in “select” markets. I’m not exactly sure what that means. If this bad boy only shows up in Asian markets and Japan, get ready to pay a pretty penny on eBay. Or spend the same amount of money to fly out there and buy it yourself. The cost will be a wash, trust me.
If you pick up Venom, do yourself a favor and invest in a small blacklight for your display case or shelf. This guy deserves to be see seen in all his glow-in-the-dark glory. Why buy a figure with this feature if you’re not going to exploit it every evening?
Thoughts? Does the Carnage red look better on a slimmer symbiote? Let us know your opinions in the comments.
