Get Ready For This Massive 1:6 Scale He-Man and Battle Cat Set!

Forget defending Castle Grayskull from the evil forces of Skeletor. Someone save my bank account from Mondo! A Battle Cat on the same scale as their 12″ tall He-Man? Come on! How’s that fare for those of us who have to work for a living?! There’s no denying that this thing looks well worth the $499. The faithful feline is loaded with articulation and just the right amount of accessories. I mean, they even threw in a Cringer head and kitten! Wait… does this mean we’ll get a 12″ tall Prince Adam? Now is time for cake!

When I first heard about Battle Cat through, I thought, “That’s great, but you can never get the Mondo He-Man.” I jumped the gun there because Mondo is also simultaneously reissuing the strongest man in the universe! If this is your first time picking up Mondo Masters of the Universe figures, your wallet isn’t going to be happy. He-Man is priced at $235. Getting both figures together puts you at $734, not including tax or shipping. Phew.

Battle Cat officially goes on sale tomorrow, October 25th, at 10 AM PT, 1 PM ET. If he doesn’t sell out quickly, the listing will stay until November 1st at 10 AM PT. The reissued He-Man will also come up for purchase at the same time and end date. Typically, these MotU figures get scooped up in minutes, so make sure you’re ready.

Expect the following in Mondo’s big kitty box:

  • Over 60 points of Articulation.
  • 4 Swappable heads: Classic Battle Helmet, Mondo Battle Helmet, Maskless head and Classic Cringer head.
  • Fully removeable armor.
  • Baby Cringer mini figure.
  • Bendable tail.
  • 18 inches long and 12 inches tall at the top of the saddle.

The blonde defender of Castle Grayskull will pack a punch and these accessories:

  • Standard Portrait
  • Angry Portrait
  • Classic Portrait
  • Power Sword
  • 5 interchangeable hands
  • Battle Axe
  • Shield
  • Ankle Knife
  • Ankle Knife sheath.
