X-MEN The Animated Series Jubilee Figure Comes In Two Flavors

Jubilation Lee, or Jubilee as she’s more commonly known, made her television debut in X-MEN: The Animated Series first episode, The Night of the Sentinels. The teen was somewhat reluctantly drafted into Professor X’s school and team early on in the series. So it only makes sense for Mondo’s latest 1:6 scale action figure to be her.

Like the previous animated X-MEN figures we’ve covered in the past, the Jubilee figure does an excellent job of capturing the bright colors and linework seen in the show. This may be the best Jubilee figure ever made, from the sun-yellow trenchcoat to her iconic pink visor.

Although her powers, at least early on in her career as part of the X-MEN, were lame, Mondo made them look good with a few effects parts. Yes, she even comes with a pair of effects hands that help recreate her appearance in the show’s legendary intro.

Mondo has two versions of Jubilee to choose from, a standard edition ($195) and a limited edition ($205). The difference between the two is accessories. The limited edition mutant has two alternate heads, a skateboard, and knee pads. Unfortunately, that version is limited to only 1,000 pieces. Both are expected this ship out this June.

Regardless of which Jubilee you choose, both versions come with all these parts and accessories:

  • Neutral Portrait
  • Smiling Portrait
  • Bubblegum Portrait
  • Sunglasses Portrait
  • 3 Pairs of hands, including two fists, two dazzler hands, two neutral hands, and one spark finger
  • x2 Fireworks Blast
  • x2 “The works” fireworks accessories
  • Chill fries
  • Slur-P Soda cup
  • Figure Stand

The limited edition figure has the following exclusive accessories:

  • Fairytale Theater Portrait
  • Skater Helmet Portrait
  • Skateboard
  • Knee Pads

OK, we’ve got Wolverine, Magneto, and Jubilee out of the way. Can we finally get Cyclops and Gambit?!
