Shout! Factory TV Swipes ‘Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show’


The three hustlers and menaces to their Nova Scotia community Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles of ‘The Trailer Park Boys’ are back with their spin-off show ‘Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show’ being picked up by Shout! Factory TV. The entertainment company is bringing the series back to life with the original Robb Wells (“Ricky”), John Paul Tremblay (“Julian”), and Mike Smith (“Bubbles”) being featured.

Shout said on their website,

“Season 1 of Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show will be available to stream on Shout! Factory TV starting August 1st! Shout! Factory TV is bringing fans 10 seasons of Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show, with 10 episodes each for a total of 100 episodes. Beginning in August, a new season will be launching every month. Episodes will feature compilations of segments from SwearNet.com, and brand new content from Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles will be released in future seasons!”

The original ‘Trailer Park Boys’ launched in 2001 to 2018 and ran for twelve seasons for a total of one-hundred fifteen episodes, ten specials, and three feature films. ‘Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show’ was launched in January 2021, running for ten episodes, but with new episodes on the way.

SwearNet has several shorter shows, live streams, and skits including “Social Shorts,” “Park After Dark,” “Sweet Science,” “Tracy and Martina: Dirty Deeds,” “State of the Union,” and an animated series titled “Trailer Park Cats.”

Shout describes the synopsis as follows,

“Take three Trailer Park Boys, add one dysfunctional TV network, stir in a bunch of illicit activity and a healthy dose of profanity. Whaddya get? A combo platter of comedy entertainment that will spawn shipping containers of laughter. Welcome to Trailer Park Boys: The SwearNet Show.”

The show featured several guest stars including Snoop Dogg, Jay Baruchel, Chris Hadfield, and Matty Matheson.
