Recreate Anakin’s Lust For Padmé With New Hot Toys Figures

Out of nowhere, Hot Toys has decided to return to the Prequel Trilogy for the following two Star Wars 1/6th scale figures. Straight out of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Hot Toys’ Anakin Skywalker and Padmé Amidala action figures are ready to get a little too friendly with each other.

Hot Toys has included many features and accessories for both collectibles, but Anakin wins out. He has two LED-powered lightsabers, complete with motion effects. Although the former Queen of Naboo isn’t accessory-heavy, she does sport an incredible likeness of Natalie Portman and a form-fitting outfit.

Pre-orders have started for these two over at Sideshow Collectibles. Padmé is going for $270, while our sand-hating, youngling-slaughtering lover-boy is $279. These two will ship out sometime during the first half of 2024.

I’m not a fan of the prequels, but I admire the level of detail and artistry that went into recreating Padmé and Anakin’s costumes and face sculpts. Oh, no… people are going to do bad things to the Natalie Portman figure, aren’t they?
