A new R2-D2 is coming from LEGO on May 1, 2021. Standing at 12.5″ tall, this large R2-D2 set will feature 2,314 pieces, as well as opening compartments, a retractable mid-leg, a rotating head, and Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber hidden in his head.
The set also comes with a display stand (you build it) as well as an information plaque, a R2-D2 droid figure and a Lucasfilm 50th Anniversary LEGO brick.
I love the back of the box as it has Luke Skywalker on it! You get Anakin and C-3PO on the box as well!
