ColourPop Cosmetics is one of my favorite make-up companies. Their products are highly pigmented and blend well. Now they are releasing another Sailor Moon collection tomorrow , 9/28, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET.
The original Sailor Moon collection contained more warm tone shades and this one features cool tones.
