YouTube is being watched more and more than broadcast TV on television sets, according to a recent study. Could this explain why Hollywood is trying so desperately to push out homegrown YouTubers and push their own celebrities and late night talk shows? Could the “adpocalypse” have been triggered by salty media and Hollywood, trying to knock out a competitor early on?
