Willow was a MASSIVE money loser for Disney and Lucasfilm, costing over $150 million for 8 episodes. The viewership was also abysmal, likely leading Disney to just take the write-off and delist the program from Disney Plus. Maybe if the show was actually about WILLOW and not about lesbian ships…?
