Reacting to the backlash against THE LAST JEDI, Episode IX director J.J. Abrams had some strong words for male Star Wars fans who he apparently blames for tanking the reception to the last Star Wars film. It did badly because there were too many women in it. (WHAT?) Nevermind that many, many people hated so many other aspects of THE LAST JEDI including ruining Luke Skywalker, alien milking, not properly explaining Snoke and having Princess Leia fly through space among many, many other grievances with the film. Could Lucasfilm be blaming fans for the Star Wars franchise cooling off?
