Netflix She-Ra Season 2 is just around the corner, and Dreamworks is in full PR mode again. Unfortunately, they are up to their old tricks — dismissing (and in some cases just outright dissing) the original Filmation She-Ra series and its contribution to featuring strong female characters in a kids’ animated series. The crew of the new series act as if they not only invented She-Ra, but invented strong female characters in a new spot featured on the Today show.
Hey, at least the showrunners finally admitted that this show was created for THEMSELVES and not children, not fans of the original.
