Could Japanese manga publishers be planning to bypass Western localizers altogether? After years of increased dissatisfaction from fans over censored manga and light novels, it would appear that Kadokawa is attempting to translate some manga itself at the same time it is released in Japan. Will more publishers follow suit and bypass Western companies to release unaltered manga and anime content to English speaking countries?
