The BBC will not allow Americans to write for Doctor Who, according to Locke & Key creator Joe Hill (son of Stephen King) who received a BRUTAL rejection letter because of his nationality. With the Doctor Who ratings in the gutter, wouldn’t it make sense to hire the most qualified writers to pull the series out of the dumpster, regardless of their nationality?
