Disney is being sued by the screenwriters of Predator. Does this mean they will have to give Predator back?! A copyright law that went into effect decades ago sates that most studios only have the rights to use a screenplay and its characters for 35 years, which means a lot of 1980s franchises could potentially revert back to their creators.
