The 911 calls from guests trapped on the Disney Skyliner in Walt Disney World have been released, and it paints a much more serious picture than what Disney PR would have you believe. Yes, this was an ACCIDENT and Disney’s attempt to downplay the severity of this “malfunction” is a huge disservice to the people who were trapped on these things for over three hours, and to the Disney fans who can see through the smoke and mirrors.
