It would appear that a recent Disney SEC Filing confirms what fans have been saying for month — Star Wars and Marvel Comics are in financial decline. This shouldn’t surprise anyone who has been paying attention to the declining comic book sales and the toy aisles cluttered with unsold Star Wars merchandise, but now we have it in black and white from the Mouse’s mouth.
